Professional Interests:

  1. Dr. Bibel started his career at BP (British Petroleum) America.
  2. He has been a NASA Summer Faculty Fellow numerous times.
  3. Dr. Bibel is an active American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Pressure Vessel Code Committee member and an active researcher for the Pressure Vessel Research Council. These national committees write design rules adopted by law as a matter of public safety for pressure vessels, boilers and nuclear reactors.
  4. Prof. Bibel is a registered professional engineer in Ohio.
